What we collect
The deltacassidy.com site sets no first-party cookies. We do not run analytics, advertising pixels, or tracking scripts. The only personal data we hold is data you choose to send us by email (your name, email address, and message content) via the contact links on this site.
The site loads typography from Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com). That request includes your IP address; it is a technical requirement of font delivery, and we do not control or receive that data. Google's privacy notice is at policies.google.com/privacy.
Why we hold what we hold
- To respond to your email. Lawful basis: UK GDPR Article 6(1)(f) legitimate interests.
- Companies House and statutory record-keeping. Lawful basis: legal obligation.
- Tax, audit, and regulatory record retention typically for six years from the end of the relevant accounting period. Lawful basis: legal obligation.
Who we share it with
We do not sell personal data. We do not share personal data with marketing partners. We may share data with our professional advisers (legal, accounting, audit) where strictly necessary, all of whom are under their own professional confidentiality obligations.

This site sets no cookies of its own. If you dismiss the cookie banner that appears on your first visit, a single browser localStorage flag is written confirming your acknowledgement. That flag is held only in your browser and is never transmitted to us or any third party.
Third-party requests made by the site:
- Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com, fonts.gstatic.com) for typography. May receive your IP address as part of normal HTTP request handling.
- Outbound links (LinkedIn, Lichfields, Companies House, Bank of England, GLA, ABI) open external websites that operate under their own privacy notices and cookie policies. We have no control over those.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
Changes to this notice
If we update this notice, the "Last updated" date at the top of the page will change. Material changes will be flagged on the site for at least 30 days.
